00:07very important update at that i'm talking about none other than rage trade if you've been following
00:14this channel then you know i did a full review of the platform before but now after two years of
00:21building rage trade the team is now launching the rage token which is the r-a-g-e that's the token
00:28ticker on hyperliquid and over the past years these guys have been quite early on a few things
00:36in defi in fact and what i really like about the project is the fact that they have quite a sound
00:44product in terms of they started building perps before any on-chain perp had any real volume and
00:54obviously they've continued to thrive and make some great achievements in the space like building
01:02real yield vaults using perps like gmx because they saw that dollars live in crypto post ftx collapse
01:11for the risk-free yield on treasuries was something that was captivating in the market and now
01:19uh athena labs obviously has uh uh spearheaded this concept and uh they've actually been able to
01:26kind of billions of dollars in tvl but now they're taking another bet a big bet at that on hyperliquid
01:34hyperliquid has two things uh that actually drove the team to start building a day because they have a
01:41world-class product with real users and also an ecosystem that is unencumbered by insiders
01:49so now that they are actually announcing their rage token it's uh going to be something special
01:56and i don't want you guys to miss out on anything this is why i'm doing this video today because
02:03they're introducing this token which has three key principles at its core community ownership meaning
02:10that they're prioritizing the community over the team of investors and they have something called the
02:16rage quit option which just allows an exit for early uh vesting participants and also an airdropper
02:24dedicated to specific communities to reward loyal traders and active traders so one thing i like
02:33about uh rage is the fact that like i said they're really community centric if you are all about the
02:40decentralization movement then this is one you want to watch all the way to the end make sure you hit that

02:51ownership from day one rage trade is ensuring that the community has significant ownership in the
02:58project so the breakdown is 41.5 percent through the public sale hyperliquid uh hyperliquidity the airdrop
03:07ends incentives is what they're allocating they're also allocating uh a portion to the team and
03:14investors of 28.5 percent and then uh 30 percent to the treasury which is uh governed by the uh holders
03:23of the token so rage quit option is quite interesting because they're recognizing the dynamic nature of
03:29these token investments rage trade is actually offering a unique rage quit feature which allows
03:35invested participants to exit early by receiving 40 percent of their tokens up front while burning the
03:43remaining 60 percent this burn mechanism effectively increases ownership of stake of other token holders
03:52adding deflationary pressure as well the airdrop strategy is quite unique they acknowledge and reward
03:59uh dedicated uh users and key community influencers the airdrop will target a rage of v1
04:05users 4 goes to them v2 uses a 1.25 then hyperliquid og sport traders get a 1.25 airdrop allocation
04:18when it comes to the tokenomics of a rage a token the supply is 100 million which is quite decent i like
04:27that because a lot of the newer projects are actually really having quite a big token supply
04:34the distribution token sales 35 percent community treasury is 30 percent the team 15 percent private
04:42purchases at 13.5 percent and the airdrop 6.5 percent the vesting schedules the token sales 100 percent
04:50unlock at tge community treasury is a 12-month cliff plus a 24-month linear vesting team with also
05:01a 12-month cliff with a 24-month linear vesting and the private investors a 3-month cliff with 15 to 21 months
05:10linear vesting and then the airdrop is a 3-month cliff with 3-month linear vesting when it comes to the
05:17deflationary unlock options it's quite interesting participants have two options rage quick which you can receive
05:2440 up front and bend the remaining 60 standard vesting which you can receive 100 of the tokens over
05:30a 15 to 21 month period the launch phases rage token will launch and will be conducted in those two phases
05:39the token sale on the foundry and a token generation event on hyperliquid which will seed hyperliquidity
05:50ensuring uh permanent non-custodial liquidity rage trade as a platform is something that everybody
05:58should really get hip to why do i say that like i said before they operate a multi-chain perp swap
06:04aggregator comparable to um like one inch but for perps spanning across the various uh compatible chains
06:13evm layer 2s layer 1s app chains and even solana key features including aggregated liquid liquidity
06:20which means that uh pool was uh the pool's liquidity from uh the most popular perp uh trading platforms is
06:29how they actually pull that liquidity they have optimal routing which ensures that you get the best

07:44said the token uh sale is coming to you very soon a public sale price it's gonna be 30 cents market cap
07:53about 10.5 mil a fully diluted valuation about 30 million circulating supply 35 million rage so when
08:02it comes to the rage a token sale this is something that really kind of embodies that community first
08:08approach offering innovative tokenomics deflationary mechanisms to announce uh your user participation and
