00:07If you have registered as a player before, click Know Myself.

00:11If you've never played rugby in Wales before, add your details.

00:15Check that your personal details are correct, and then click Save and Continue.

00:19To find your club, click View Teams, and use the search bar to make things easier for yourself.

00:25Once you're happy, and that you've agreed to all the relevant terms and conditions, then click Submit Application.
