00:00So today I'm here from Stammer, the National Stammering Charity and we're going to be doing
00:09some training with some of the various departments in the stadium and helping them interact with
00:16supporters who stammer in really positive ways so that they can love their experience here at
00:20the stadium. If you think for a sellout stadium here if 1% of adults and 7% of children stammer
00:27that's up to 1700 people for a sellout event you then scale that to 25,000 phone calls 37,000
00:34stadium tours and over a million people coming through our turnstiles every year. I think
00:38it's really clear to see the size and the difference we can make and a big material difference we
00:43can make to the supporters of Welsh Rugby and attendees at Principality Stadium. We were approached
00:48by a member of our inclusion network internal staff inclusion network Oliver who'd done some
00:54work and sits on the board of Stammer. We're very passionate about how we can give staff the
00:59confidence and skills to be able to speak and support the individuals with Stammer as well as
01:05some of our wider plans around Stadium Accessibility. So what am I going to be doing with the
01:10with the ticketing telephony for the stadium is building in just a little tweak into the system
01:16that's going to make it easier for call handlers to know that this person speaks differently. What
01:22this project will do will create those small changes but then in the long run that will
01:32change the whole experience for a person who stammers to make it a lot more positive and a place
01:43where they want to come. We are a small part of that much wider drive for inclusion. We are on a
01:56mission to make Principality Stadium the most successful stadium in the UK and a stadium for
02:00all and we're really proud that Stammer have come on board and taken this next step with us towards that goal.
