00:28Mon corps avait été mutilé, tout ça. Le karaté pour moi, ça m'a sauvée.
00:35En faisant du karaté, il y aura une connexion entre votre mental et votre corps.

01:35Mais quand je me suis entraînée pour Paris, là, je faisais matin, midi et soir.
