00:00A man was gored and seven others sustained light injuries during the famous bull running San FermÃn festival in Spain's Pamplona City on Tuesday.
00:14The incident happened on the second day of the event, which would be held for eight days until July 14th.
00:21The city emergency services said the man who was gored by a bullhorn under his right armpit and the victim was under observation and in a stable condition.
00:30They said seven others suffered bruises and contusions. During the incident, one of the bulls stopped in the middle of its run and charged the runners.
00:39The event saw six bulls from the Alvaro Gomez ranch thundered through the city's narrow streets, completing the 875-meter course in two minutes and 21 seconds.
00:50Hundreds of runners dressed in the traditional outfits sprinted ahead of the bulls along the route.
00:55The event has drawn thousands of tourists each year and each morning participants sing a prayer asking for the protection of St. Fermin before the run begins.
