00:00So my name is Aaron. I am a content creator. I used to just make like travel vlogs on YouTube
00:09and I just didn't really know what to do. I liked food. I liked fitness. My friend him and I were
00:13just sort of brainstorming one day and he suggested that I do this challenge called the 75
00:17Heart Challenge and then yeah one of the videos just took off. I think it was just a great way
00:20for me to just express myself I think. When it comes to selecting ingredients obviously try to
00:25make it as fresh as possible. Just two thanks. All right let's do it. I was never one to really like
00:30measure a lot of the ingredients I put in I sort of just go for taste go feel and
00:34think that's what I like about cooking it's just very free to do what you want.
00:38What's going on guys? Today I'm making Hananese chicken. I grew up having it a lot
00:42when I was a kid. My dad would make it for me all the time. I chose to do the
00:45Hananese chicken because it ties in really well to my culture. Chinese
00:48Malaysian background it's a very prominent Malaysian dish. That's wrap. Food is what
00:54fuels my fitness and I feel like the workout sort of primes my head to be in a creative
00:59state of mind. Even for me just like going around shooting some hoops. I think a lot
01:02of people tend to just highlight the positives on social media. It's always
01:06about achievements it's always about doing the very best and how much money
01:09they're making or how successful they are. Obviously the reality of life is
01:12that that's not the case there's always ups and downs and I think for me it's
01:15documenting the ups and the downs. I think I just want to show to people that
01:19you don't have to be perfect to make content. In fact people resonate more with someone
01:23that's just like your mate and I think that's what I want to try to be.
