01:15Israeli far-right-wing ministers urged Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to suspend ceasefire
01:20talks with Hamas's Palestinian resistance movement. Far-right Israeli Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir
01:26called on the Prime Minister to immediately withdraw the delegation leading negotiations with Hamas,
01:31as he describes the talks as a reckless deal. Likewise, he stresses that there is no need to
01:37negotiate with those who kill Israeli soldiers, advocating for a military crackdown and eliminating
01:42all humanitarian aid in Gaza. Subsequently, internal growing Israeli political divisions have been
01:48hampering international mediation efforts. Meanwhile, humanitarian agencies continue to urge a ceasefire

02:17administration to identify countries willing to accept Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.
02:22Netanyahu's administration described the plan as voluntary migration, receiving backlash from the
02:28international community and human rights organizations which have contended as a clear example of ethnic
02:34cleansing. Despite Netanyahu declaring that the war will continue until Israel achieved all its goals
02:39in the Palestinian enclave, the Syrian regime pointed out that there is still a negotiating team in
02:43Qatar's capital, Doha, to advance a ceasefire agreement.

03:15clashes between the Palestinian resistance and the Zionist aircraft attempting to rescue the soldiers

03:46playing on a swing and a tent sheltering displaced families in the Al-Rimal neighborhood. In a separate incident,
03:52one person was killed and several others injured when Israeli forces struck a displacement tent west
03:58of the New Serarch refugee camp. Additionally, in southern Gaza, six Palestinians, including three children,
04:04were shot dead by Israeli forces near a humanitarian aid distribution center in northern Rafa.
04:08The Gaza death toll reached 57,575 since the start of the Israeli aggression in October 2023.
04:16In Palestine, the Israeli occupation forces started the demolition of residential buildings in the Tulkarem refugee camp
04:30as part of their ongoing aggression against the camp and the town. This marks the 162nd day of military aggression
04:36on the camp and the nearby city of Tulkarem. Israeli armed bulldozers tore down residential buildings
04:42from the Al-Muraba neighborhood, reducing them to rubble. The demolition was carried out as part of a new plan
04:48that foresees the demolition of 104 residential buildings, comprising approximately 400 houses in the camp.
04:58The United States has withdrawn the alleged foreign terrorist organization designation from the armed group
05:04Hayat Tadir al-Sham, which seized control in Syria after overthrowing President al-Assad.
05:08The memorandum was published in a preview of the Federal Register ahead of its official release.
05:14This move comes a week after U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order to ease unilateral sanctions against Syria.
05:20These sanctions have been in place since 1979 in response to Damascus foreign policy toward Israel.

05:32as the two sides are reportedly negotiating to reach a normalization agreement by 2026.
05:41In Kenya, 11 people have been killed nationwide during an anti-government protest on the 35th anniversary of the pro-democracy uprising.
05:50Police fired live rounds and water cannons at protesters, as hundreds of people demonstrated in the capital of Nairobi.
05:56People rallied each year on July 7th to mark the date in 1990, when Kenyans demanded a return to multi-party democracy
06:03after years of autocratic rule by the then-president Daniel Al-Akmois.

08:32Welcome back.
08:36The 17th BRICS Summit closed on Monday in Brazil after two days of talks aimed at strengthening
08:41global self-cooperation and amid tariffs threats from U.S. President Donald Trump.
08:46From Rio de Janeiro are corresponding Ignacio Lemus with the details.
08:52The BRICS countries are causing discomfort, Lula da Silva said at the closing of the event
08:56shared by Brazil in Rio de Janeiro.
08:58Hours earlier, Donald Trump had announced status for countries that adhere to the measures
09:01promoted by the BRICS and assured that he is closely monitoring the situation of former
09:06Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, whom he considers is being persecuted as he is investigated
09:10as one of the architects of an attempted coup in 2023.
09:14I don't think it's very responsible or serious for the president of a country the size of
09:21the United States to spend his time threatening the world via the Internet.
09:33It's not right.
09:35He needs to realize that the world has changed.
09:41We don't want an emperor, we are sovereign countries.
09:45If he thinks he can impose tariffs, other countries have the right to impose tariffs too.
09:52There is such a thing as the law of reciprocity.
09:57The Brazilian Foreign Ministry expressed its gratitude for Russia and China's support for
10:01greater participation by Brazil and India in the UN Security Council.
10:06The BRICS members asserted that reformulation of the entity is necessary, as they consider
10:11it paralyzed in the face of the proliferation of armed conflicts around the world.
10:16We share positions on key issues on the international agenda.
10:21And confirm our desire to shape a more just, multipolar world order.
10:27Based on the principles of the United Nations, and not separate principles.
10:33As our Western partners, when they choose the principles that seem most convenient to them,
10:39in the context of their international adventures.
10:43But rather the universal system as it was created, written, and then amended by different countries
10:50in its entirety, and in accordance with the requirements of the United Nations Charter.
10:57The bloc's expansion did not hinder the work at the summit.
11:01When asked about Venezuela's absence and the possibility of other Latin American members joining,
11:06Lula da Silva said that the BRICS are a constantly evolving entity, and that the doors have never
11:12closed.
11:14Cuba's entry was considered valuable in the area of health.
11:18The Cuban Minister of Health was in Brazil for the BRICS meeting, and visited the FeoCruz
11:23Institute, because there are FeoCruz products developed today, that are available in Brazil
11:28through the unified health system.
11:31Which is the result of cooperation with Cuba.
11:33These include important medicines for blood diseases, and vaccines.
11:38In everything related to technology in Cuba that is important for Brazil and for the BRICS.
11:43We want to strengthen that cooperation and produce more.
11:45Environment, artificial intelligence, and health were the main themes debated in the search for
11:50a more balanced world.
11:51Environmental discussions are not progressing in the direction, and at the speed required.
12:00Wealthy societies are reluctant to change their unsustainable patterns of production and
12:05consumption.
12:06Solutions are being postponed.
12:09Minimal commitments are being made.
12:12And there is no political will on the part of those who should be contributing most to solving
12:16the environmental crisis.
12:19The challenges of global health are no less complex.
12:23The gaps between countries and populations, inequality in access to health services, medical
12:30supplies, and technologies, and the imposition of unilateral coercive measures, exclude tens of
12:38millions of human beings from the vital right to health.
12:42Brazil promises to continue working on the BRICS activities until the end of the year when
12:47the presidency will be transferred to India.
12:49The United States authorities registered more than 100 dead, many of them children attending
13:09a Christian summer camp after strong floods caused by the overflowing of the Guadalupe River
13:13in Texas.
13:14The flash flooding triggered one of the largest rescue operations in the state's history,
13:18with many still missing.
13:20The surge spans over 96 kilometers and involves drones, docks, boats, and helicopters.
13:25The range of rain and catastrophic flooding caused near unprecedented levels of destruction,
13:30affecting homes, businesses, and vehicles.
13:32A primary estimate places the damage and economic loss at $18 to $22 billion.
13:37In this context, a candlelight video was held Monday evening at Travis Park in downtown San
13:47Antonio to honor the lives of lost in the recent flash floods that have devastated communities
13:51across Texas.
13:53More than 100 people have died in flooding triggered by unrelenting rain Thursday night into Saturday
13:58afternoon.
13:59Hosted by Centro San Antonio, the event aims to bring the city together in solidarity with families
14:04and residents affected by the disaster.
14:08One, I think it's just important to get to be where people are and just see what they're
14:15experiencing.
14:16But I think personally, yeah, just having a love for the whole country, but knowing the
14:20suffering that people are going through, it was important to be able to just simply share
14:25in some of that and knowing that I have friends that are connected as well made it all the more
14:30important to be here and grateful for the opportunity, really.
14:35Thinking about all those families that have been impacted, I don't think there's anybody,
14:40at least in this crowd, that hasn't been impacted in that they know somebody that either was rescued
14:49or no six degrees of separation, some of us one to two degrees, somebody that was lost,
14:57somebody that was found, somebody that ultimately is sitting in grief.
15:07In China, the Typhoon Danas made its second landfall in Wenzhou City, eastern Seijian province
15:12late on Tuesday after this passes through Taiwan.
15:14Going to the Regional Meteorological Observatory Danas, now weakened to a tropical storm,
15:19may landfall at 9.25 p.m. vocal time, with winds of up to 82 kmph and a central pressure
15:25of at least 990 hectopascals.
15:29The fourth typhoon of the year touched ground in Taiwan's Shiaji County early on Monday, leaving
15:34two people dead, hundreds injured and prompting the evacuation of thousands more.
15:38In this context, several provinces in eastern China were on alert for the arrival of the storm,
15:42which is expected to continue moving westward, bringing heavy winds and rainfall.
15:46Before this storm could reach up to 350 mm.
15:55And in Spain, a forest fire has devastated over 1,500 hectares in Tarragona, with strong winds
16:01hindering firefighting efforts.
16:03Overnight Monday, the localities hardest hit were Poles, Alfara de Charles, Certa, Aldobert,
16:08Tivenis and Rockettes.
16:10Firefighters reported wind gusts of up to 90 kmph.
16:13They also ordered inhabitants of six villages to stay in their homes, as the strong winds
16:17are expected to fan the flames.
16:20Several highways are cut in sections close to the fire area, and the perimeter has grown
16:24at several points, while firefighters are working to prevent the flames from crossing the
16:28Ebro River and entering the Serra de Cato.

17:12Argentine President Javier Mille is moving forward with dismantling the state by ordering the closure
17:17of Health, Growth and Technology Institutes, which has led to discontent and triggered demonstrations
17:22nationwide.
17:23Besides, Mille ordered the closure of the National Cancer Institute, the Cardiovascular Disease Institute,
17:30and the Industrial Technology Institute.
17:33He also dissolved the National Roads Directorate and the Gas and Electricity Regulatory Agencies.
17:38These measures, which will be formalized on Tuesday, are part of the President's policy
17:42of deregulation and reduction of the state he enacted by means of the Decree of Necessity
17:46and Urgency.
17:48The order established the National Administration of Health Institutions and prohibited the executive
17:53community from creating new national hospitals.
18:00In Argentina, the Grand Mothers of Plaza de Mayo, a human rights organization, announced
18:05Monday they found the 140th grandchild.
18:07According to a statement via social media, the organization said that the newly identified
18:12grandchild is the son of political activist Graciela Alieta Romero and Raul Eugenio Metz, who
18:18remained disappeared.
18:19The couple was kidnapped in December 1976 and taken to a place in the city of Neuquén, where
18:25they endured torture and were then transferred to a detention center in Vallablanca, where
18:30they were last seen in 1977.
18:32The Human Rights Group estimates that about 500 children were stolen by agents of the Argentine
18:38military dictatorship between 1976 to 1983, and around 300 of them are still missing.
18:49Graciela and Raul were kidnapped on December 16, 1976, in Cockelton.
18:54Raul was taken out of that clandestine center at the end of January, and has been missing
18:59since then.
19:00I feel I'm walking among the clouds, like a dragon sleep-up with the body of a bumblebee.
19:08Let's continue fighting so that truth remains alive.
19:11Welcome grandson number 140.
19:16The single National Construction Union of Uruguay carried out a partial national strike due to
19:20the death of two workers as a result of precarious labor safety procedures.
19:25The workers asked the government for a series of measures, such as the incorporation of a
19:28greater number of labor inspectors, and new occupational health and safety law.
19:33Also the union delegates stated that since January of this year, seven workers have already died
19:38and the number of labor accidents has reached 40,000, for which they demanded to declare
19:43a national emergency in this aspect.
19:45The president of the union, Richard Ferreira, criticized the previous government for what he
19:49understands was a policy of budget cuts, which led to fewer inspections.
19:59And in Chile, people marked the first anniversary of the violent raid against popular organization
20:03spaces in the historic Villa Francia in the country's capital.
20:07The events of that July 6th and 24th resulted in the arrest of 14 people.
20:12The government raided a community radio station that had been operating for 30 years, a soup
20:16kitchen that fed those who had nothing to eat, and a popular meeting place open for organizations
20:22to gather resources for political prisoners.
20:25In this context, relatives and support organizations gather Monday to condemn the events and to
20:29show their support for different political prisoners.
20:33They are spaces of resistance.
20:39The dining hall has been working for five years, but before that, this was a takeover.
20:44We took it from institutionality and from then on, we've been working with children, with
20:48the population, in general, for their sake.
20:51The Ministry of National Assets has come here many times to try to vacate this space, but
20:56we've resisted it.
20:57I mean, it's not a space belonging to institutionality, it's not that, as we took it over for a while.
21:03It's a space that we have maintained its self-management for more than eight years, by arranging different
21:08activities and various organizations for the sake of the population.
21:12It also teaches neighbors that they can make it.
21:14What was lost, we have been recovering it.
21:16Therefore, the state is currently afraid of that.
21:19It's afraid that we'll meet again, that we'll hug again, and that we'll fight together.
21:23In Peru, the director of the Cara Archaeological Sun, Rulf Shady, announced the opening to the
21:44public of the archaeological settlement of Peñico, located northwest of Lima, scheduled for July 12th.
21:50After eight years of work by a group of residents of the region, the Cara Archaeological Sun will
21:55hold its first Peñico Raimi, also known as the Festival of the Sun in the Indian tradition.
22:00Thanks to the exchange of populations between the highlands coast and jungle of Peru, the
22:06new name of the Archaeological Urban Center became the city of integration of the valley
22:10of Supe, established in the year 1800 and located in the town of Guaura, approximately 12 kilometers
22:16from the sacred city of Karal.
22:25And at the Osaka Expo 2025 in Japan, China's immersive digital exhibition entitled Tan Architecture,
22:32Building Timeless Glory, was inaugurated.
22:34This initiative seeks to promote Chinese art through a multimedia experience that transports
22:38visitors to the aesthetics of Tang Dynasty architecture.
22:42The exhibition highlights iconic structures of this era, including the Fu Wan Temple and
22:47Damming Palace, using advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence-based animation
22:53and 3D modeling.
22:55In addition, paintings from the Sun Dynasty are on display, reflecting the rich heritage of
22:59China, and representing an innovation in cultural diffusion and exchange between civilizations.
