00:44isn't why shouldn't he get the benefit of that skeins is great skeins is the favorite right now

00:53grand scheme of things like hey is that a heavy favorite when you take a major league baseball

00:56line at a minus 140 on a night or is it a huge underdog at a plus 105 no they're basically neck

01:02and neck right now where every start is going to sort of cater to where that price point is skeins

01:07goes out five innings pitch three earned runs wheeler goes out six innings pitch one earned run he's going

01:11to get closer to paul skeins just the way it is and we're still in the month of july a lot more starts

01:16a lot more high leverage situations for zach wheeler we'll see how that goes right and i do think it is

01:22worth a bet right now i'm not mad at the odds makers it's not egregious that paul skeins is an

01:27odds-on favorite to win the national league cy young award but because of those plenty of high leverage

01:33opportunities for zach wheeler and the fills after the all-star break and in the home stretch in late

01:38august and september that's when i think we can start to see the idea of team narrative be more than

01:44just the star narrative that paul skeins possesses other odds around those individual markets

03:19can pitch as well if he wants to you know i mean it's baseball you can do whatever you want but

03:23otani does it at a high level those two guys are sensational two of the best in the business and

03:29rightfully so heavy heavy favorites the yanks again they are struggling and for the first time

03:35basically all year no longer the favorites to win the american league pennant how about the dodgers who

03:40were swept this weekend at home by the astros no there's still a ridiculously short price nearing
