00:18Absolutely. We're already seeing increased numbers of people with communicable diseases. People are unable to keep themselves clean, keep the shared living spaces that they're in clean. People are in incredibly close quarters.
00:35And so we're seeing things like diarrhea. We're seeing things like other communicable diseases that should be preventable. And of course, these types of diseases are much more harmful when you're dealing with a population that has been starved, deprived of food, deprived of medicine, and where hospitals are on the few remaining hospitals that are somewhat operational in Gaza are on the verge of shutting down and collapse due to lack of fuel.
