00:26And what does this mean for negotiations once again?

00:30Well, two sides to the coin here.

00:31One is that, and this is the story that will be portrayed, is that there's a critical point

00:37that they can't get past.

00:38And they've said it's one.

00:39And I think Gemma is correct in this one.

00:41I think there's probably more than one.

00:43There's probably a lot of cards on the table that have not been quite sorted just yet.

00:47It would indicate that because that crux is still there, that we haven't got past the barrier

00:51of that one remaining issue.

00:52So the talks have been done remotely.

00:54They are, as we said, indirect talks that have been done remotely at the moment.

00:57The physical presence will be required when a breakthrough happens.

01:01And the question now is, when is that breakthrough going to happen?

01:04Because we've not been given a date.

01:05We know that he's been moved.

01:06He's not going to Doha.

01:07But when is he going to Doha?
