00:18but we understand that beyond a reasonable doubt is a high standard,

00:21and we're just pleased that he still faces substantial jail time.

00:26Each faces up to 10 years on each.

00:30I'm not sure what the sentencing guidelines are, given the various different things,

00:34but I'll leave that up to the government and the defense to argue,

00:37but I feel confident in saying he still faces substantial incarceration.
