00:00Hi I'm Geoff Ward and we're at Feast on Chapel Walk where we've just reopened our

00:05store following a substantial refurbishment and we're just here hoping

00:12this will be the rebirth of Chapel Walk despite what you naysayers may say.

00:17So we're the first people to move into a completed refurbished unit. There are

00:22seven more units that have either completed or nearly completed. The

00:28landlord has completely ripped everything out and started again and made a

00:32building that's probably 250 years old, no years old for want of a better word so

00:40they're waiting for you to move in. Okay and we've been on Chapel Walk since 2007

00:47and we've seen a lot of changes on this street and it's highs and lows but

00:51despite what people say a lot of highs I mean we're still here so it must be doing

00:55something right and the street must be okay and we're just looking for some new

01:01neighbours to join us like the fabulous bookshop that joined us not so long

01:05back and they're doing really well. Obviously we couldn't do any of this

01:09without customers and one of the things that we'd like to focus on is making

01:14sure that we have a friendly contact with customers and they're happy to come in

01:20and spend their money with us and we're happy to have a conversation with them

01:23about whatever it is they want to talk about and really that's been our ethos

01:27since we started I guess and a big shout out to all of them and thank you very much.
