00:05The three-pillar agreement includes strengthening digital trade, energy cooperation, and investment opportunities.
00:11It was signed by the UK's representative at the British office Taipei and by Taiwan's representative to the UK.
00:17British Trade Minister Douglas Alexander attended the signing.
00:21And on Monday, Alexander also met with President Leichingde at the presidential office.
