Oregon Ducks Defensive Back Dillon Thieneman Addresses Building Chemistry With Other Teammates
Transcript
00:00what's your process for developing that chemistry with particularly the other deep safeties whether
00:09it's peyton aaron kingston specifically and then also the guys at nickel with jayden and
00:14dayland just what does that process look like for you these first couple of weeks of spring
00:17uh say just hanging out talking to them getting to know them uh both on and off the field like
00:23picking their mind about about football stuff picking their mind about stuff like
00:26outside of football so it's not um not just focused about like stuff in the building but
00:32also like stuff outside all right zach i'd imagine for someone who spends as much time as you do in
00:39the facilities that come into oregon it's kind of like being a kid in a candy shop has it kind of
00:44met those expectations so far for you yeah yeah i know it's definitely met those expectations
00:47just all spring the coaches and players have talked about you know the lack of experience but
01:00also the surplus in talent that this team has being a player with a little bit more experience than some
01:05of the other guys in your room but being a new player to this program how have you kind of attacked
01:10that while being a veteran with a lot of experience but also still being a transfer and someone who's
01:16also still trying to learn the scheme and the system and the environment around you
01:20um i feel like i kind of had to like earn earn my spot on the team i mean i'm still still going
01:27through that still doing that so i'm trying to um talk to the other guys i ask them questions about
01:32the scheme like what would you play in this like how do you see this and then um giving them some of
01:36my insight about like how um games go like what type of type of things you can see from the offense
01:42of like what i can give them and um what they can help me with
01:46you
01:50you
