00:08to your email on the new microsoft outlook using a mac computer without further ado
00:14let us start the videos on this tutorial you need to have access to a mac computer have access to
00:20the desktop application microsoft outlook as well as an image that was exported in 4k resolution
00:26we cannot start this tutorial before i start this tutorial i would like to say that you are more

01:02the way around to the dock go to launchpad go to the application Microsoft outlook search for this
01:09enter to open up the application wait for that to load once that is loaded you will have been migrated
01:16to the new outlook which is on screen now so we can go to the left hand side top navigation menu where it
01:22says new email click on this or hover over to create a new email event or contact we are
01:29looking to create a new email click on this this email will be sent to the computer science videos
01:36business at gmail account which we will type in now there we go double click on this to confirm
01:42that it is being sent to that gmail account that's fine subject will be 4k image
01:52before we compile the email let's now move to another desktop go all the way onto the dock go to
01:58finder now locate an image that was exported in 4k let's go to my youtube channel go to 4k there's an
02:07image in here right click copy go to the desktop command v to paste let's close out to finder as you can now
02:16see the image which has the resolution of 3840 by 2160 that's fine let's now go back to microsoft outlook
02:26and now let's compile the email let's say dear csv
02:29please see the 4k image
02:38attached to this email
02:44kind regards
02:49from the admin
02:50don't forget to attach the image click on attach
02:53this will take us directly to the desktop where we have the image 4k image dot png click on this
02:58click on choose the image is about 12 mb in size so that's okay the larger the image
03:06office 365 will find a way to
03:10move the image into let's just say sharepoint or onedrive and then you will have a link
03:16available to click to get to that image depending on who this has been sent to so let's now click on send
03:25so that email itself has been sent let's now minimize outlook for the moment
03:30now let's go to the window to the dock go to launchpad go to the alternative web browser
03:36google chrome enter to open up the application
03:40let's go to gmail and that email should have come through let's click on this
03:464k image dscsv please see the image
03:49attached to this email that's fine click on the image itself
03:57the image itself will take some time to load up on screen
04:02due to its size and resolution that's fine
04:05let's click off the image now let's quit google chrome go over to the dock
04:11go back to microsoft outlook let's now quit outlook
