00:10Mac computer without further ado let us start the video so in this tutorial you

00:15need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop application

00:19Microsoft Outlook we can now start the tutorial before I start this tutorial I

00:54the video so now let's go to the dock go to launchpad go to the application

00:58Microsoft Outlook search for this enter to open up the application wait for

01:03that to load once that is loaded now let's navigate to our inbox admin at

01:07computer science videos com go within the email inbox select an email go to the top

01:13navigation menu within home now go to categories we can now add a blue

01:20category for this email we can do that to the next email green category third email

01:26orange fourth purple and so on so when it comes to color categorizing this allows the

01:36user to work in accordance to their system you may have a system that allows you to

01:42let's just say receive an email you would then categorize that in this color so

01:47you know this could be from this company or this individual and you want to therefore create a

01:52system where you know this color is for that the other color is for this and so on so we can also

01:58click on the email itself and decategorize of either color so that's purple gone third one

02:06orange category gone second one category green gone and the first one which is blue category and you can

02:16see that the color is also on the top right corner when it was in category so we can now quit outlook
