00:05filter all your unread emails at the same time on the desktop application

00:11Microsoft Outlook using a Mac computer without further ado let us start the

00:16videos on the tutorial yeah I need to have access to a Mac computer of access

00:20to the desktop application Microsoft Outlook we cannot start the tutorial

00:59doc go to launch file go to the application Microsoft Outlook search for

01:05this enter to open up the application wait for that to load once that is loaded

01:09what we will do for the purpose of this tutorial is to select a couple of emails

01:13and then mark them as unread so we'll just do any random email that we click on so

01:22that's number three number four five and six so let's just say you have many emails let's

01:33just say we have an inbox that's full of 20,000 emails and instead of us scrolling up down for

01:39a very long time we want to quickly filter emails that will tell us all the unread emails at the same

01:47time let's now go to the top navigation menu go to home go to filter emails click

01:52on that arrow that points towards the bottom of the screen let's not filter by

01:56unread and there we have all these six emails that are now unread so if we want

02:03to let's just say read these emails let's not click on the email as you can see

02:08once we have clicked off the email it has now become read and not unread so we can

02:14now do the same for all the other emails that's okay unfilter all the unread and

02:21there you go so let's now quit outlook and so that's all for this video I'll see you
