00:57so now let's go down to the dock go to launch button go to the application microsoft outlook
01:03search for this enter to open up the application wait for that to load once it has loaded you may
01:09have noticed that we have been migrated to the latest version of the application itself so let's
01:15now go to the top left corner of the screen where we have new email hover over this to create a new
01:20email event or contact we are looking to create a new email let's now add the recipient this will
01:28always be sent to the computer science videos business at gmail account click on this the subject will be
01:35create table let's now compile the email dscsv please see the table below
01:48and now to insert that table let's go to the right of the email click on those three dots click on table
02:04we can now add in a table by let's just say
02:12three by three
02:15and now add the relevant data into the table so let's just say
02:19play technology
02:29iphone
02:32mac price
02:40which will be in pounds the iphone will cost us a grand
02:44and so will the mac
02:51and then we can have the total which all comes to two thousand pounds
03:01and now what we can do is insert the signature click on signature admin

03:21so that email itself has been sent we can now minimize outlook for the moment
03:26now let's go down to the top go to launch but go to the alternative web browser which is google chrome
03:30open up the web browser let's now go to gmail
03:38and there is the email on screen dscsv please see the table below where we have the technology

03:49of our purchases
03:51we can now quit google chrome go right onto the top go back to microsoft outlook
03:56quit outlook
