00:00Computer science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05switch to the legacy version of Outlook on the desktop application Microsoft
00:09Outlook using a Mac computer without further ado let us start the video so in
00:15this tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop
00:20application Microsoft Outlook we can now start the tutorial before I start this
00:25tutorial I would like to say that you are more than welcome to subscribe to my
00:29channel computer science videos as we know every problem is solved by indirection
00:34you can also follow my Twitter account we are trying to grow as fast as ever I'm
00:41on Tik Tok we post videos here and there follow my page on Facebook I'm also on
00:48Instagram you are more than welcome to support me on PayPal let's now focus on
00:55the video so now let's go down to the talk go to launchpad go to the application
01:01Microsoft Outlook search for this and let's open up the application wait for
01:05that to load once it has loaded as you can see on screen we are now on the new
01:11version of Outlook you may have signed on to your computer clicked on the
01:16application Microsoft Outlook only to realize that you have now been sent from
01:23the legacy to the new version and you might not prefer this and so the question
01:30is how to revert back to the original the legacy the classic version of Microsoft
01:36Outlook that's a very good question if I were to let's just say go to the top
01:40navigation menu where it says Outlook click on this as you can see the legacy
01:45outlook option has been unticked if I were to click on this this will take me
01:53directly to the legacy version of the application itself where everything has
02:01now been reverted back to what it originally was so I'm not too sure if
02:07Office 365 themselves are looking to migrate all their users to the new version of the
02:14the application itself if they are that's for them to consider what could
02:21happen if the individual user may not prefer the latest version so we can now
02:31quit Outlook and so that's for this video I'll see you guys in my next tutorial
02:37thanks for now thank you for making it towards the end of the video be sure to
