00:00So let's start with the Bills, and then we'll get to Miami in a minute.

00:04If you want to talk about the biggest lock to win their division,

00:07it's got to be the Bills, okay?

00:09They're minus 275 to win the AFC East.

00:12To me, I would have it minus 400.

00:14They're just – it's so obvious.

00:16To make the players for minus 700, to win 11 1⁄2 games,

00:22the overscot is minus 155,

00:24which tells you that everyone thinks they're going to get 12, 13, 14 wins.

00:27Bad division other than the Bills, so that, to me, is the lock.

00:32And I like how aggressive they were in free agency because, you know,

00:34they've got to go for it.

00:36They'd just not be able to get to the Super Bowl.

00:38And they reloaded receiver Josh Palmer, really good receiver,

00:42very underrated, formerly of the Chargers.

00:45Elijah Moore, kind of an underrated signing, could play the slot.

00:48Joey Bosa comes over from the Chargers.

00:50Let's see what he has left.

00:51He probably has two years left in him.

00:53Michael Hoyt, very underrated pass rusher, coming over from the Rams.

00:56So he's got that six-game suspension.

00:59As does Larry Ogunjobi.

01:00You remember him from the Steelers.

01:02They're trying to beef up their run, stopping.

01:04T.J. Sanders is second-round defensive tackle in South Carolina.

01:07They're addressing their lack of size and depth of defensive tackle.

01:11And we know they had a problem at corner last season.

01:12Maxwell Haster in the first-round pick.

01:15Kentucky, he'll start.

01:16And what did they really lose?

01:17Russell Douglas, a journeyman corner.

01:19Mari Cooper, Matt Collins.

01:21This team is going to be better, Scott, than last season.

01:23And they're going to make a big run for the AFC again.

01:27What was the deal with getting two guys that got busted for juicing?

01:32Yeah, that was – yeah, it was really odd because they were announced on the same day by the NFL.

01:38And, look, the bottom line is both are expected to play significant snaps.

01:43In fact, Michael Hoyt, one of the most underrated edge rushers, puts you – this year's free agency class of any team.

02:29The over now, depending on which book you look at, is minus 115.

02:33So, somehow, they're expected to have a winning record, depending on what book you look at.

02:39And the under is minus 105.

02:42To win the AFC, Scott, it's actually moved up from plus 550 to plus 500.

02:47Look, they're not going to win it.

02:49The Bills are going to win it.

02:50To make the playoffs, they're plus 150.

02:52Yeah, because the problem is, look, being 9-8 is not going to get you in there.

02:57But the fact, Scott, the fact that the money now, small money, the money now is on the Patriots staff, a winning record.

03:06In Mike Vrabel's first year, think about it, Scott.

03:09Since Belichick left, they've been terrible.

03:11All of a sudden, they're going to be a playoff team.

03:43They absolutely love him who should compete early on for a role.

03:47So Diggs is going to get away with his boat, Annex?

03:58Morgan Moses comes over from the Jets.

04:01Milt Williams, a huge free agent, signing 28 million a season, coming over from Philly.

04:05Harold Landry is added to their edge rush group, which they need.

04:09He and Vrabel worked together with the Titans.
