00:00One of Bristol's oldest and most iconic cafes and eateries, Pinkman's, has now collaborated with Pickle Street, which is an immersive play experience for children designed to encourage parents and caregivers to play and foster healthy relationships with their children.
00:19And I am here today, right in the heart of the Pickle Street.
00:24Tell me a little bit about what inspired this immersive roleplay village. It's a unique thing within Bristol.
00:30Yes. Yeah, we are Bristol's first, I believe they are already all over the UK.
00:40There are some really fantastic examples. Beartown in Clumpton is one of our favourites.
00:47And also there's another great one in Western Supermare. But yeah, Bristol was really lacking a space like this.

02:08There on playful parenting and kind of those aspects of being a parent. So how do you think a place like this helps and encourages parents to get involved with their children and play?
02:23So I think the joy is infectious. And I think often we have to do so much in a day that isn't playful.
02:40You know, we're ferrying to and fro meals, cleaning the house, you know, keeping on top of all of those, you know, those things that we have to do means that we don't often get time to prioritise playing with our children.
