00:00In many places, seeking health advice can feel daunting if you are unsure whether your
00:04identity will be understood, but here in Bangkok, you are welcome just as you are.
00:10As the world celebrates Pride Month every June, Bangkok has advanced inclusivity by
00:15launching a health clinic dedicated to the LGBTQ plus community offered by Bangkok Metropolitan
00:22Administration. Pride clinics reflect the BMA's commitment to building a liveable city for all
00:28by creating safe spaces and promoting equal access to health care. And these gender-friendly
00:33health care services are right at your doorstep with over 31 clinics now open across the capital.
00:39Here you can access health advice, HAT and STI testing, hormone level checks,
00:45PrEP and hormone medication, all free of charge with telemedicine options available.
00:50The initiative has proven successful with more than 45,000 visits recorded since the
00:56clinic's launch in February shortly after Thailand passed its landmark eco-marriage bill.
01:01If you are visiting for Pride Month, you don't have to worry about finding welcoming and supportive health care here.
