00:13Arce reported that police and military forces are working to lift the blockades in Potosí,

00:18Chiquisaca and Santa Cruz.

00:19In this regard, authorities are taking action to guarantee free transit and the safety of

00:23citizens and prevent food shortages.

00:27President Arce also condemned acts of political violence and what he described as illegal

00:31methods in the exercise of democracy.
