00:28and his alignment with the interests of the elites who have always betrayed Bolivia.

00:41Three million Bolivians regained their sight thanks to the Milagro Mission.

00:44More than a million learned to read and write thanks to the Josipuedo program.

00:48Public health, energy cooperation and cultural development programs were promoted

00:55Finally, Caracas assured, from Venezuela we say it clearly,
