00:00Dumaan sa tamang proseso at naayon sa konstitusyon ng impeachment complaint na inihain ng Kamara laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:08Yan ang sinabi ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

00:11At kahit pa naka-adjourn ng Kongreso, ay tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang paghahanda ng House Prosecutors para sa paglilitis.

00:29ang paghatid ng matapang at malinaw na mensahe ni House Speaker Martin Romualdez

00:34kaugnay sa impeachment case laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:38Bago mag-adjourn, nanindigan kasi si Romualdez na walang nilalabag na batas ang Kamara ukol sa impeachment

00:45at nakababahala rin ang ginawang pagpapabalik ng Senate Impeachment Court ng naturang reklamo sa kanila.

00:51I rise, not in defiance, but with resolve, guided by duty, grounded in principle.

01:02The decision of the Senate sitting as an impeachment court to return the articles of impeachment

01:13is deeply concerning.

01:16The House of Representatives acted not out of haste, but with deliberate care.

01:23We followed the law, we honored our mandate, and above all,

01:29we stood for what the Filipino people deserve.

01:33Dagdag pa ni Speaker Romualdez, hindi pang mulitika ang kanilang ginagawa,

01:43kundi pagtupad lang sa kanilang sinumpaang tungkulin.

01:47This is not a political exercise.

01:50This is our constitutional duty.

01:52That is why we will continue to move forward respectfully but resolutely.

01:59We shall comply with the requirements of the impeachment court,

02:04not to abandon our cause, but to ensure the process continues.

02:10Because in matters of truth and accountability, the House does not back down.

02:16Ayon kay Congresswoman Samora, mahalaga para sa prosekusyon ang suporta ng kanilang mga kasamahan sa isyong ito,

02:23lalo na kung magmumula sa House Speaker.

02:25Kahit na kasi ni D.A. Adjournment, tuloy-tuloy raw ang gagawin nilang paghahanda para sa impeachment trial.

02:32We are just 11 prosecutors, but it matters so much to us, prosecutors,

02:39that we have the whole back of the House of Representatives.

02:45Muli rin iginiit ni Samora na hindi naman sila sumusuway sa mga kautosan ng Senate Impeachment Court.

02:50Formal na rin inaprubahan ang Kamara na i-defer o hindi mo natanggapin ang ibinalik na Articles of Impeachment ng Senado.

02:57Pero kasabay niyan, nagpasa rin naman sila ng resolusyon na nagsis-certify o nagpapatunay

03:02na naaayon sa saligang batas ang pagpapa-impeach kay VP Sara na isa sa mga hinihingi sa kanila ng Senado.

03:08We are giving the message that we follow the rules, we follow the constitution.

03:15We are not defying the impeachment court as impeachment prosecutors.

03:20We are bound by our duties under the law. We are following the impeachment court.

03:24Sa kabila naman ng iba't ibang issue ukol sa impeachment,

03:28giit ng House Prosecution Team, tuloy lang ang laban.
