00:00I think the school is definitely needing massive refurbishment or replacing and the type of project that goes forward is being worked on as the best to get the best for future Bucky High School.
00:12The school is very well looked after on the inside. It's more of the roof and the plumbing and the electrics, you know, the heating systems that are getting very old and sort of coming to the end of their life.
00:25So yes, we've got to plan to replace that school or do the massive refurbishment and that is being actively worked on so that when funding becomes available, we'll be able to bid in for it.
