00:05watch this happen and do nothing and I think far too many people do, including our politicians,
00:11including big business over here, including companies who are making components that go
00:16into Russian missiles. They stand and watch people be murdered every day and I don't want to do that.
00:22The aim of this mission is to deliver a fully functional end-of-life emergency ambulance to
00:28the Donbass, to a medical evacuation team out there who are desperate to get a vehicle to be
00:36able to go out and rescue people, whether it's civilian or military. It's going to be based
00:41around Slovyansk and Kramatorsk areas and going to the hospitals there, but at this point in time
00:47they're absolutely desperate for vehicles because they've been destroyed on a regular basis. I'm
00:53being primarily targeted by the Russians to destroy as well, along with the fire engines and other
00:59first responders. People are dying on a regular basis. Soldiers, civilians, emergency responders,
01:08city workers, all targeted every single day, with no real outcome for the Russians. When we looked at
01:16pictures of previous trips I was shown, pointed out the members of the teams who are now unfortunately
01:25not with us, and then there's the ones that have been injured as well. My friend Maxim from the 93rd
01:33Brigade was one of them who lost his lower leg. There's people who are taken and tortured on a regular
01:40basis. People who are imprisoned for life with beatings every day. The people I'm close with over
01:48there are tired. That's the main thing. I'm frustrated at the lack of action and the lack of equipment
01:56being delivered not only by our countries, but by other countries around the world. People see
02:03that Ukraine's desperate for air defences and at the moment the Russians are hitting with ballistic
02:09missiles and they don't have any response to these ballistic missiles at this point in time.
02:15And there are countries who can help and they have stopped powers of it, but they won't help and
02:20they don't know the reason why they won't help. But it's devastating to see cities all being hit
02:28continuously and the amount of people dying over there and being injured, it hurts to see it. It hurts.
02:38I contacted the Scottish Government and requested that they donate an end of life ambulance,
02:45which has been slow going and difficult and no real positive outcome at this point in time.
02:51I'd be more than happy to take any MSP from any party to go and see this devastation,
02:57then report back to Parliament and say exactly what it's like. It's changed my life going there
03:02and I'm sure it would change a politician's life when they went there. The sooner the vehicle's there,
03:07the sooner it's saving lives and helping people. Inverness has never experienced that level of
03:12destruction and I hope that always stays that way. But if it did, I think we'd look and we'd hope
03:19that
03:19people would come and help us and that's all the Ukrainians are asking. I would ask any sponsors who
03:25want to come on board, any companies who want to come on board and help us with this project. If
