00:04ang pagpapatupad ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ng Kadiwa ng Bagong Bayaning Mayingisda o ang KBBM Program.
00:12Ayon kay Tariela, bukod sa fish carrier, magdadal rin ang PCG ng fuel at mga yelo na magamit ng mga mayingisda na nasa West Philippine Sea.
00:21Kasama ang Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources,
00:23naglayag ang MV Pamamalakaya sa karagataan ng Baho de Masinlok para bilhin ang mga isdang nahuli.
00:31Layon ito na matulungan ang mga mayingisda sa West Philippine Sea at matugunan ang food security sa bansa.
00:39The objective of this project, dalawang bagay po.
00:43The first one, kung makikita po natin ang mga mayingisdang Pilipino from Palawan,
00:48they're already contented with the idea of mangisda sa loob ng territorial sea.
00:56Dahil una sa lahat, mayaman ang karagatan ng territorial sea natin sa Palawan.
01:03It's more than enough for them para pumalaot pa.
01:07Secondly, ang problema sa kanila kapag they will go further at mangkukuha pa ng large volume of fish catch,
01:16wala naman silang mapagpapasahan because it will have additional operational costs
01:22dahil they will travel all the way from Palawan going to Nabotas or fish port.
01:29So dahil dito, ang kailangan ng gobyemno para siguraduhin mas pataas ang supply ng ating mga fresh fish catch
