Pulau Sebesi (Sebesi Island) adalah sebuah pulau yang secara administratif berada di wilayah Desa Tejang, Kecamatan Rajabasa, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Provinsi Lampung, Indonesia. Berbentuk gunung berapi dengan ketinggian 844m, secara geografis pulau ini terletak di selat Sunda atau wilayah selatan perairan Lampung. Lebih tepatnya P. Sebesi berada di sebelah selatan dari Pulau Sebuku, sebelah timur Pulau Serdang dan Pulau Legundi, serta sebelah Timur Laut Gugusan Krakatau.
