00:07I've been saying, I said this to the company last week at our all-hands,
00:11AI is not going to take our customers, but other competitors who are moving faster,
00:15who are using AI, will if we don't do it.
00:17And so that, I think, is small thinking to say we're just going to use this to cut costs.
