00:00I remind ourselves at the company all the time, customers don't care about AI.
00:03Everybody talks about AI, but the reality is a consumer is looking to increase their cash flow.
00:08A consumer is looking to power their prosperity to make ends meet.
00:11A business is trying to get more customers.
00:13They're trying to manage their customers, sell them more services.
00:17And we bet the entire company, before this topic was popular, more than 70 years ago, on really three things.
00:25One, it's what Ashok talked about, which is data.
00:27We have to make sure that our data is clean.
00:30It's customers' data, not ours.
00:31It's clean.
00:31It's usable.
00:32It's digestible by the platform.
00:33The second is, in order for us to grow, we declared seven years ago, we need to deliver done-for-you experiences.
00:40What does that mean?
00:41From lead to cash as a business, we'll help you manage your leads.
00:44We'll help you manage your cash flow.
00:45We'll do your taxes for you.
00:46Your accounting for you.
00:47We'll give you advice on whether or not you should buy inventory.
00:50And done-for-you for consumers from credit to wealth.
00:52Help you build your credit if you don't have credit to how do you manage your money and grow your wealth.
00:57And what we said was the only way to do that was data, AI, and seven years ago, we said HI, human intelligence.
01:05If you look at our addressable market, the majority of it is influenced by people.
01:09People that are tax experts, accountants, bookkeepers that are advising you on what to do.
01:14Although the work is completely changing and we're automating it with AI, we believe AI plus HI is essential to reshape the category,
01:23which is really what the investments are that we've made.
