11:25all right usually it's only on the longer menu we're going to give everyone tonight oh great
11:29well we got a little something you know we got some work to do right sounds fun exciting changes
11:32tonight guys the first thing we're going to do is changing your muse looking around i realized no
11:36one needed to take notes when i was working at nando's so this is getting serious let's have a good
11:40service tonight i've been waiting to do that my whole life we're going to do it like 30 000 times
11:47and this is what we're chefing the restaurant's signature dish no pressure the reality is is that this
11:53dish is best when it's just done in the last second and the tricky part is we're toasting bread
11:58and this has to be ready at the exact same time we're not really cooking the egg yolk we want it
12:02to be runny that's the essence that's it right for me this is the dish we call this fried egg sauce
