00:06Rain slid down the windows in lazy, hypnotic streaks.

00:10Daniel sat at the same table in Kefir Jewels, the notebook unopened beside his coffee.

00:16He hadn't touched it all morning.

00:20He watched people pass by with umbrellas like floating jellyfish, faceless and hurried.

00:25His world was quieter now, even when it shouldn't be.

00:30As if the moment he accepted the notebook was the moment everything else faded.
