00:07With ocean temperatures running hotter than normal, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is warning of a higher than average number of storms this year.
00:18So we are expecting another active hurricane season this hurricane season, but we don't know where those storms are going to form, where they're going to go, who they might hit.

00:45The NOAA is forecasting 13 to 19 named storms this year, with as many as five potentially reaching major hurricane status.

00:58We've seen tropical storms produce heavy rainfall, lots of fatalities, lots of damage.
01:03So we really have to take each storm seriously. Each storm is different.
