00:00So the first thing I'm doing is I'm getting my vegetables ready for my chicken and vegetable

00:12couscous. So I have got my couscous in a bowl and I am just going to add my boiling water.

00:19And that's it. We just made couscous. We're gonna let this steam while we cook the rest

00:23of our ingredients. And now here's where the chicken gets interesting. I'm going to smother

00:29it in harissa. I'm gonna take each piece of this chicken. This is going to splatter with

00:35a harissa side down. Got my onions, a couple of cinnamon sticks whole, some cumin, a couple

00:43of pods of whole cardamom. Now we're gonna add our veggies. Okay, so I'm kind of making

00:48a star shape in the center. I'm finishing it with some beautiful golden raisins. Chicken

00:53broth. Wow. Beautiful piece of that brown harissa chicken. Doesn't that look wonderful?
