David Geffen may be in for a battle, because his estranged husband has just filed legal docs strongly suggesting his estranged hubby wants a chunk of David's fortune.

00:10all over how much the estranged husband might be seeking from Geffen as part of their divorce.

00:16Yes, the 82-year-old billionaire entertainment mogul and his estranged husband,

00:2032-year-old former go-go dancer David Andrew Armstrong,

00:23are divorcing after two years of marriage.

00:25And since there was no prenup, let the fun begin!

00:28Legally, he's entitled to spousal support for one year.

00:32David Geffen said in his papers he's willing to pay that.

00:34The issue is community property.

00:35David Geffen is worth $8.7 billion, according to Forbes.

00:39What we're told is he hasn't really made any income because he's been retired for 15 years.
