00:00It was a mixed emotion, obviously proud passing out from NDA.
00:28My sole motivation to join NDA was to start my military career early in life.
00:34Having motivated from my father already, I was already aware of the military background and all the nitty gritties inside it.
00:43So that factor motivated me a lot.
00:46Before joining NDA I was pursuing BCOM honours from Shriram College of Commerce.
00:50So there I came to know that the Supreme Court has told that NDA is finally open for women.
00:56It was obviously overwhelming for us, having the opportunity which was closed from last 75 years.
01:02It was exhilarating for all of us.
01:04I took the opportunity, it made my parents proud.
01:09My motivation to join NDA was to start my military career at a young age.
01:13Because I have, my father is in artillery, he is retired as an Havaldar.
01:17And my entire family, I would say my grandfather, my maternal grandfather, uncle, everyone is in army.
01:23So I have an orientation towards army, I had a deep inclination towards defence forces.
01:28Since I am from the first batch of this NDA, so I have to set standards really high for my junior cadets to emulate the same.
01:38And that is my biggest aspiration as of now, to set standards as high.
01:43So they have a benchmark to follow.
01:45This is a part of the year.
01:48It will be a part of the year, when the year of the Kitts of Kitts of Kitts of Kitts of Kitts of Kitts
01:51so that the cadets of the academy will be in the academy
01:56which will be in the United States, the United States, the United States and the United States.
