Young archaeology society moves to the RAF museum,   Cosford.

00:00I'm Penny. I'm co-leader of the Young Archaeologist Club along with Diane. We were

00:08formally at the Museum of Mechanic Chase which sadly shut and after 10 years thought we would

00:12have no home to go to but we're delighted to say we're here at RAF Cosford and we are opening today

00:18as RAF New Zealand Midlands Young Archaeologist Club and we have Naomi Seepal from Time Team

00:23to do the official cutting for us. I'm absolutely thrilled to be here. As a kid

00:28I never got to be in the Young Archaeologist Club and to see these young'uns you know taking

00:37on the baton for the future and I'm so pleased that they've got a new place to come because

00:42they've been together for 10 years and it was such a shame that it might have all had to come to an

00:47end but now they're in this fantastic facility and I wish you all the very best so I officially open

00:56your club here.
