JPMorgan Chase launched the JPMorgan Chase Center for Geopolitics on Wednesday, a client advisory unit designed to help businesses navigate global uncertainty. The center will provide strategic insights on issues such as AI, global trade shifts, the U.S.-China relationship, and geopolitical developments in Europe and the Middle East, according to a Press Release. The CfG will work across JPMorgan, using a diverse team of experts to help clients anticipate and respond to major geopolitical shifts.  Led by foreign policy expert Derek Chollet, the CfG will draw on internal and external advisors to publish reports, host events, and offer tailored client guidance. Initial reports address topics such as the Russia-Ukraine war, Middle East realignments, and pressures on the U.S. defense sector. JPM shares fell 1.59% in Wednesday trading.
