00:00I'm delighted that the High Court has chosen to consider this judicial review which gives an opportunity at least to block this terrible deal and an opportunity for Keir Starmer to think twice. This is a bad deal. It does not work in the interests of the British public. It's giving away British sovereign territory to an ally of China on which is an incredibly important strategic military base and spending billions of pounds of British taxpayers money for the privilege.
