00:00AI is making it easier and harder for people to find jobs.

00:04All these big questions, is it this or that?

00:06It's generally both right now because we're shifting from an old economy to a new economy.

00:10It's making it easier because I think it's helping people identify themselves by their skill set,

00:15not just the pedigree signals that folks have and a lot of folks don't,

00:19and for recruiters to try and look for skills and not just those pedigree signals.

00:23But it's also making it harder, we know, from LinkedIn data,

00:26because both sides are seeing just kind of an explosion of people applying to jobs.

00:30So weeding through those jobs and finding the right skills is becoming harder.

00:34But this is the beginning of a shift.

00:35So it's going to all normalize, not to whether it's good or bad.

00:38It's both. It's neither.

00:40Just how it becomes a new way that we all apply to jobs and think about ourselves.
