Ashoka University professor Ali Khan Mahmudabad sent to judicial custody over remarks on Op Sindoor

Sonipat (Haryana), May 20, 2025 (ANI): Ashoka University professor Ali Khan Mahmudabad has been sent to a 14-day judicial custody by the district court in Sonipat. The court has scheduled the next hearing in the case for May 27.Ali Khan Mahmudaba was arrested on Sunday by Delhi Police for allegedly making controversial remarks on social media about Operation Sindoor. He was taken into custody from Greater Kailash in South Delhi and later handed over to Sonipat Police.
