Only a northern state would think to combine burgers and olives together into a single meal. In this video, Nicole recreates a Michigan-famous olive burger recipe with a creamy and briny olive sauce! 00:05Through my research, this is gonna be a close recreation.
00:07I'm gonna do cream cheese and mayonnaise,
00:09then olives with a little bit of the olive brine,
00:11and maybe a little bit of hoagie spread.
00:13So we're gonna have like sweet, tangy, a lot of salty.
00:18How have we never had this before?
00:19Then just cook up your burger patties,
00:20and some I read that they're topped with Swiss cheese,
00:23and that's it.
00:24Just buns, just a little of the sauce on the bottom.
00:26The meat, the cheese, the sauce,
00:28and then I've seen some with lettuce.
00:29I'm gonna add a little lettuce just for a little crunch.
