00:59And group thinking is very dangerous.

01:15Because if a leader is afraid to be challenged, all ideas stay.
01:21Never expand.
01:23Because of fear that the leader will either kick him out or do something else.
01:29But we cannot allow that to happen.
01:35So this is what we doctors call inbreeding.
01:38You know what's inbreeding?
01:41It's not good for our country.
01:43But it seems to not be able to find the right people to fit the role as minister.
