00:22And I think that means Prime Minister Wong having to reach out to like-minded countries

00:30such as Malaysia as well as other ASEAN member states, as well as other important trading partners

00:37like Japan, Korea, and China to try to ensure that this international trading system

00:48will continue to ensure that there will be free trade and investment flows across countries.

00:59So, I think this is where I think Prime Minister Wong would have to show

01:04that Singapore is able to rally other like-minded countries

01:10to ensure that the global order continues to be vibrant and allow countries to thrive.

01:19But that also means reaching out to the United States and trying to perhaps make a case

01:25why the ongoing terrorist war would not only be disadvantageous to the US

01:33but also to the world at large.
