00:18Tip three, pick the pretty stuff, but don't make the pretty stuff the number one priority.
00:23The appliances and the sink, all of that matters,
00:25but it doesn't matter as much as picking a good contractor
00:28and making sure you have somebody who's going to do the job well.
00:30Tip four, budget smartly.
00:32Build in a cushion for your budget for the unexpected and don't pay too much up front.
00:35Tip five, the cabinets are the sun and your kitchen renovation solar system,
00:40and so you need to make sure that your entire project is built around the delivery of the cabinets.
00:45Don't put a ton of pressure on yourself.
00:47You're never really done with the redesign.
00:49The kitchen's going to evolve with your life and your lifestyle.
00:52Just know that once you start, you're never going to stop.
