Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he "will do everything" to ensure a meeting with Russia's Vladimir Putin happens in Turkey, with talks on a ceasefire scheduled for Thursday. "It is with him that I must agree on a ceasefire," Zelensky says.
