00:00Hi, my name is Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and today I'm going to show you my typical workout.
00:10Today his training goal is just to kind of focus on more of his movement and his power.
00:16Alright, let's get it to work out.
00:21The name of the SSI we did today is Squat Jump and the benefits is Power.
00:29The season is the same, I'm working from Sunday to Sunday and Sunday to Sunday.
00:36Well, I started working in the gym two years ago.
00:40Obviously, what I did before was just take the rolling, bathear and correr.
00:47Obviously, I didn't see the reason why I was doing the pez.
00:51I learned how to do the pez two years ago and it was the thing that I improved.
00:57The exercise that we're going to do now is the glute bridge with a band on the shoulders and the benefit of the glute.
01:05The difference between the exercise in the season and the death is very different because in the death
01:12I'm preparing for the season.
01:15But in the season I only try to keep my body in a good weight and balance.
01:22Well, the next exercise is to work with the core.
01:29And one of the things that strengthens the glute bridge is to be able to swing hard as we do.
01:39When you do a long run, you feel good. Obviously, you don't have to run the base hard.
01:46And one of the things that you do with the mind is the work that you do and all the scenes that you do to be able to do a long run in a season.
01:56The name of the exercise we're doing now is the lateral lunge.
02:00And it's to focus on the lower part of the back of the back of the back and the glute.
02:09I still haven't had a friend to work together in the gym, but my favorite person to work together is Ocar Hernández.
02:17My favorite player to run a knock was my dad.
02:20The next exercise we're going to do is a single step up.
02:26And we're going to focus here on a single leg and try to keep the strength in the back and the back muscles.
02:36The next exercise we're going to focus on is he's going to go into a wide stance.
02:41He's going to squeeze the ground with his adductor, so we're going to go into a nice wide stance trunk rotation.
02:46So his arms are going to be straight and he's going to go into rotation, focusing on adductors and obliques.
02:53Well, after doing my exercise, I always like to do my recovery.
02:59But that's what I do in my house. I have my cold water, I have everything in my house.
03:05And I always do it until I finish doing my job as a physio.
03:11How do I stay healthy? I think one of the things I do is trust God.
03:16I trust God, trust my family, always listen to the advice that my family gives me.
03:21I always work hard.
03:25And I always believe in God, believe in yourself and nobody can say no.
03:43Just be you and work hard. Stay humble.
