The Care Home even had a special visit from a Telford Town Football player, as they hald a special footy event, raising money for a Huntingtons Disease Charity.

00:00Right, here we go. Huntington's Disease Association, where are we? We're at a nursing home.

00:11Woodside Place. And what's your name? Emma. Emma, you've had a bit of a special event going on today, haven't you?

00:18Yeah, today we've been raising money for Huntington's Disease by doing a penalty shootout between our staff and our service users.

00:25As one of our service users, he's living with Huntington's and football is very close to his heart.

00:32That's Darren there in the back, isn't it? It is, with a red T-shirt.

00:35Yeah, the Liverpool fan, that's probably why he's got the red T-shirt. So yeah, raising awareness.

00:39You've even had a Telford player visit you earlier on, haven't you? Telford United.

00:43I can't remember, Esther. Yeah, cool. Which you bought a signed football that one of our service users' families won.

00:51And how did you manage? You had a few shots at goals. Did you get one in?

00:55Two out of five, so I didn't do too bad. Yeah, yeah.

01:30Yeah, I sort of live here at the moment.

01:35Yeah, it's been quite a good day and we've sort of had a kick around.

01:39And we've also raised money really for Hunters at the same time.

01:44Yeah. And you play football every week over Telford away, don't you?

01:47Yeah, and they're actually set up really.

01:51We're a disabled team and they're pretty good really, so...

02:39It's just under £600 at the moment and we have got just a given page up on social media.
