00:21Haven't had an opportunity to take a look at it.

00:25Do you favor giving that industry a more favorable regulatory regime than what they've got now?

00:32I think the current situation where there is no regulation will become increasingly untenable,

00:39but I think whatever happens has got to be done in a bipartisan way,

00:44which is what, as I understand it, the Democratic senators are trying to achieve.
